From Bluefield, WV - Take Rt 52 North to Northfork, (approx. 10 miles). From
Northfork, take county road CR 17 (approx. 5 miles) to Ashland. From Ashland, follow
county road CR 14 (left fork at Ashland intersection) for approx. 3 miles to top of
Crumpler Mountain. From top of Crumpler Mountain (overlooking the campgrounds), proceed
down gravel road to t he right to the campgrounds entrance below.
From Welch, WV - Take
Rt 52 South to Northfork (approx. 10 miles). From Northfork, take county road CR 17
(approx. 5 miles) to Ashland. From Ashland, follow county road CR 14 (left fork at Ashland
intersection) for approx. 3 miles to top of Crumpler Mountain. From top of Crumpler
